12}For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. ¹³And there is no creature hidden from His sight, but all things are naked and open to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Quick thought of the day about God's voice and the layered, consistent, and simultaneous depth of all that He is speaking in a single moment........

At the same time you are affirming me, confirming You, drawing me in, speaking Your truth, declaring Your love, humbling my heart, giving direction, offering options, flashing glimpses, restoring inside and out, making all things news. ALL AT THE SAME TIME!! You are doing it through your sweet voice, an honest word, a testimony, a chance meeting, a gentle breeze, a quiet moment, a voice mail, a revealing picture, a friend's words, and so much more. YOU ARE ALWAYS SPEAKING! It’s happening all the time; at the same time, TUNE ME IN!
